Recent Events: Historical Presidential Election
2008
In the historical presidential election of 2008, SAAEA and the people
of the overall South Asian Community have played a significant role! We have participated in the election to inspire
people all over the world to support "CHANGE". Volunteers
went door to door, phone-banked and handed out flyers, asking citizens to "Get Out & Vote!" and bring "CHANGE" to Washington, DC. thanks to the South Asian-American supporters.
